These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of in-app purchases available within the BodyState app ("App"). By making an in-app purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers various in-app purchases, such as themes, that can enhance your experience. All in-app purchases are one-time transactions. Once a purchase is completed, it is non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Functionality

If the functionality of an in-app purchase, such as a theme, is lost or disrupted, you can restore your purchase. To do this, simply go through the purchase process again, and use the "Restore Purchases" button on the paywall to regain access without any additional charge.

4. License

When you make an in-app purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased content within the App. This license is for personal use only and does not grant any ownership rights in the purchased content.

5. Updates and Modifications

BodyState reserves the right to update or modify in-app purchases, including but not limited to themes, at any time. While we strive to maintain the functionality of all purchased content, we do not guarantee that it will remain unchanged or available indefinitely. Updates will be provided at no additional cost.

6. Termination

BodyState reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any in-app purchases if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of the content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyState is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of in-app purchases, including any loss of functionality.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Norway.
